Chase sucks!

I went to my local Chase branch to get a document notarized. I gotten this same document notarized 3 times before. But apparently this time they tell me they can't notarized the document because it's not fully in english. Well all the parts needed to be notarized are in english. And the document clearly stated that all the notary was verifying is that I came in front of them and signed that I swore and acknoledged that all statements are true. The kicker is I went down the street to a different branch who notarized the document.
