Icahn Resigns From Yahoo's Board


Carl Icahn has resigned from the Yahoo Board. He was an activist investor and one of the more known directors. Icahn in his 15 months on the Yahoo Board saw Jerry Yang replaced by Carol Bartz as CEO. In addition he saw the 10 year deal with Microsoft to take on search engine giant Google. Icahn owns 4.5 percent of Yahho worth around 1 billion.
