Tim Bray joins Android Team

Tim Bray who co invented XML and is a notable tech blogger has now joined Google's Android Team. Bray previously worked for Sun Microsystems. Seems Bray is a fan of all things Android and hates iPhone's limitations.

Chatroulette is a new site that pairs two random strangers together on webcam. There is so much wrong with this idea. But I guess it will appeal to some who like to be in front of a camera. Attention needing celebrities have already used the service. The site was created by 17 year old Andrey Ternovskiy.

Mexican billionaire surpasses Bill Gates as the richest man in the world. Carlos Slim Helu estimated $53.5 billion worth edges out Bill Gates $53 Billion. In the end of the day both these guys are really really rich.

Google acquires Picnik


Google today adds Picnik to it's portfolio. Picnik is a cloud picture editor. Basically you can edit your pictures online instead of using software on your computer.
